Function
Rolls gelled material into sheet. Manual or automatic turning over makes the compound consistent throughout.
Features
- Precision bearings with forced-circulation lubrication pump.
- Rolls cast in chilled hard-face iron, hardness HS68° and above.
- High-precision gear speed reducer: low noise, high efficiency, wear resistant.
- Emergency braking system stops the machine promptly for safer operation.
- Push-button control panel for simple operation.
Applications
- Drilled rolls can be specified to improve sheet quality.
- Cracker rolls can be specified to increase the degree of mixing.
- Paired with a stock blender to save manual turning time.
- The standard horizontal mill can be built as a vertical or 45° bevel mill to suit the product.
