Function

Mills lumps of mixed compound into sheet between two rolls. The sheet is cut and folded by hand or with an automatic stock blender until the compound is uniform throughout.

Features

Precision bearings with forced-circulation lubrication.
Chilled cast-iron rolls with a surface hardness of HS 68 (Shore) or above.
High-precision gear reducer: low noise, high efficiency, wear resistant.
Emergency brake stops the rolls quickly for safe operation.
Push-button control box for simple operation.

Options

Drilled rolls are available for better sheet quality.
Grooved (cracker) rolls are available for more intensive mixing.
Can be fitted with a stock blender to save manual cutting and folding.
Besides the standard horizontal layout, the mill can be built vertical or inclined at 45° to suit the product.
