A closed and pressurised mixing chamber that brings the material to a gelled state within the shortest period.

Applications

• Suitable for high-speed mixing of rubber and plastic materials — natural rubber, reclaimed rubber, tyres, conveyor belts, rubber shoes, rubber sheet, PVC and EVA foam, plastic leather and recycled plastics. Processing time is roughly 3–5 minutes per batch.
• The mixing chamber can be treated with special-steel spray welding to greatly raise wear and corrosion resistance and extend service life.
