Rubber Internal Mixer

Function

Mixes raw rubber or plastic with fillers and chemicals in a closed, pressurised chamber, producing a uniform, plasticised compound in a short cycle.

Applications

• For fast mixing of raw and reclaimed rubber and plastic compounds, used in tyres, conveyor belts, rubber footwear, rubber sheet, PVC and EVA foam, synthetic leather and recycled plastics. A typical batch takes about 3–5 minutes.
• Two discharge designs are available: tilting discharge (dispersion kneader type) or sliding bottom-door discharge (Banbury type), to suit your process.
• The mixing chamber can be hard-faced with special-steel spray welding, greatly improving wear and corrosion resistance and extending service life.
