Function

Calenders the mixed compound into sheet or film with stable quality and uniform thickness.

Features

• Precision bearings, highly wear resistant, with forced lubrication.
• Chilled cast-iron rolls with a surface hardness of HRC 55 or above.
• High-precision gear reducer: wear resistant, efficient, low noise.
• Each roll has its own gear reducer and DC motor, so roll speeds can be set individually.
• Emergency brake stops the rolls quickly for safe operation.
• Roll-gap detection safety device prevents the rolls from touching.

Options

• Drilled rolls are available for better sheet quality.
• Roll arrangement: Z-type or S-type, to suit the product.
• Embossing rolls with different patterns can be fitted as required.
