Function
Sheets and forms gelled compound to produce material of stable quality and even thickness.
Features
- Precision bearings, highly wear resistant, with forced lubrication pump.
- Rolls cast in chilled hard-face iron, hardness HRc55° and above.
- High-precision gear speed reducer: wear resistant, efficient, low noise.
- Independent reducer with DC motor allows the speed of each roll to be adjusted.
- Emergency braking system stops the machine promptly for safer operation.
- Roll-gap signal detection prevents the rolls from contacting each other.
Applications
- Drilled rolls can be specified to improve sheet quality.
- Roll arrangement can be built as Z-type or S-type to suit the product.
- Embossing rolls with various patterns can be fitted as required.
