Function
Strains impurities out of the compound and further improves its plasticisation.
Features
- Short screw with low compression ratio, low back pressure and low screw speed — yet high output.
- High-precision gear reducer: low noise, high efficiency, wear resistant.
- Screw made of special steel imported from Japan, hardened for rigidity and long life.
- Double-wall (jacketed) barrel with a special-steel liner: efficient cooling and heating, excellent wear resistance.
- Twin strainer heads cut downtime during screen changes.
- Multi-zone temperature monitoring helps keep the compound at the correct temperature.
Options
- The die head can be swapped for a pelletising die, duckbill die or other type to suit the product.
